I have a company I would like to open in Rhode Island. I am currently a student of massage, and I mainly study reflexology which is study/massage of the foot. I would like to open a foot fetish business where I give and receive foot massages, with absolutely no sexual contact. I need to know what the zoning laws are for this and if there are any other laws I should know about. I guess I need to be pushed into the proper direction. Thank you so much for you time.

Relist: I still need help.
I want to open a foot fetish massage studio -- are there any zoning or bylaws I need to be aware of and I would like to stream it live on webcam, minus peoples true identity
