We live in a small city that is the only wet city in the county-The city ordinance says there are to be no other commercial areas zoned for liquor sales--I have seen somewhere that there is
a rezoning variance that can be used to get this rezoned-- Is this true and if so where can I get a copy to present to our city council?

Already Tried:
Donley County--We went before the city council and ask for rezoning and they voted it out saying that they did not want to have a beer joint on every conner and if they issued this commercial property a rezoning for liquor sales then others would want to do the same thing--We thought that a variance would give them more control and make them feel better
