Reply to Susan Roberts's Post: Hello Susan...

I respect your prompt reply and your extensive background.

I need the car. I had my first and last DWI, eligible for my license as of Oct 30, 2006. I have good insurance and the money to get take care of DMV... my mom has about 1 month to live and she is 2 hours from the airport and my driving will be most beneficial for her.

Being in recovery myself, rigourous honesty says that I should leave this in God's hands and trust...my other shoulder is saying to go with the route that can produce a replication that will cost me, but professional and without a doubt sufficient. I could have a friend or someone?... rent and I drive... and I would assume the responsibility if problems arose.

I need to be honest. Period. If stopped I would most absolutely admit non licensure and then mom would be stressed and hurt. Not worth it just for this risk alone. Nice to live with a clean consious and true motives.

Thoughts? God Bless, Don
