hello there i got a problem would like a little help with mother of my children has been found guilty of mental abuse and neglect of my child who is 16 we are going custady battle on our ;little boy who is 2 yrs old i would like to know where do i go to press charges on the abuse proctect service found my to be good father and since she does not live with us any more they won't put it to court but i'm affaird she will do this to other poeple kids and plus my sons want her charge with it they feel she getting away with it and nothing being done me myself i think it not right and my oldest son wittnessses the psyhical abuse done to his brother but they waited a week and the marks where gone charges should still be abled to filed and press since i have counseler report stating its been happening for years behind my back i feel trouble for my son plz any help would be greatly helpfully just don't know what to do or where to go.
