my building contractor won't finish the job

my building contractor won't finish the job he started eight months ago. i paid in full. what are my legal rights?

I LISTED MY QUESTION FOR A FRIEND. I SENT HER THE WEB SITE AND HOPE THAT SHE WILL CONTACT YOU TODAY.

SINCE THERE IS A FEE AND IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM ( I WOULD NOT GET INTO A CONTRACTOR DEAL LIKE THAT SCAM ) I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BEST TO LET HER ASK YOU.

I HAVE MY OWN PROBLEM. A CAREGIVER HAS TAKEN OVER MY DAD'S LIFE AND FINANCES. I MIGHT ASK THAT IN SEPT. I SURE COULD USE GOOD ADVICE.

Are you wanting me to answer her question then or let her come on line here and ask for me by name when she post her new question. I am a little confused now. I can as well assist you with your Caregiver problems. Please advise me as to if she will be re listing this question on her own and if so she can ask for me and/or go through this question you posted and pay you the fee back. Which ever you decide.
