I am willing to do a voluntary reposession of my manufactured home, I am not dwelling in it, I have to no avail tried to sell it.Is this possible ?

I have a manufactured home I need to sell...I have been unable to find a buyer and am at my wits end...making 2 house payments is beyond me...can I do a voluntary foreclosure?

Yes, you can voluntary foreclosure your property only if your lender agrees to it. You will need to contact the lender, explain your hardship and that you cannot pay and if the lender agrees, you will need to deed your property to the lender who will then sell the property on its own terms to recover the loan amount. If the fair market value is less than the loan amount, you might be sued for the deficiency, unless you negotiate for them to waive their right to sue.
