ok i was caught stealing from my job they arrested me after 4 hours bringing police in and out telling them they wanted to work this out with me personally they wanted me to confesss to the whole inventory mess which i didnt just admited to what they caught me when they got mad cause i wouldnt confess so they called police again and arrested me for embezzlement felony i had a court date of may 18 went the D.a never filed charges which i have not heard anything since i worked for teamster union which was never contacted. i filed for unemployment and my former employer fax the unemployment office that i was arrested for stealing and the unemployment denied my claim now i appealed it and now have a hearing on june 21 "what should i say" ?
