That depends on which date you reside in. Contact the office of your
state's Secretary Of State. They generally handle business
licensure and can tell you whether bonding is required.
By the way, I highly recommend that you obtain some sort of bond, or
malpractice insurance -- even if bonding is not a requirement. It
could literally save your shirt (along with the rest of your property)
if you were ever successfully sued by dissatisfied client.
