traffic law at the time of the accedent i had alot of charges and then took me to the police station book me but they ask me if i want bail or wait for the next to court so i told stay over night. and the next day judge release me for further court date it was on the 20 of sept 07, so when i went to court they two different days one the 8 and the other on the 20 but i could't undre stand why they gave me two saparte date's for the same crime and the judge ask me if i knew i had a court on the 20 so i told him no now they want to put both cases togather i feel that wrong bcause if had bail i would i would't shown to court because i had never sign any ticket or reseved any ticket. and if they put two cases togather for the same crime thats called double jepardy im right. and i feel if i never went to court on the 20 because i had never reseved any proof of court i think the cops had made an area i feel its a flaw
