A Texas game warden says he periodically throws siezed drugs and pot into the lake. Isn't that a criminal offense even for a peace officer?    If so , what is the law code to refer. Thank you

Goal is to locate code saving time assisting in litigation regarding ruotine watercraft safety inspections, pretty girls, ....you get the picture. Just need wrtten law. Personally I took my daughter age 5, fishing. The pearch were eating anything she put in the water besides the bait on her hook. Pebbles, grass,sticks,spit, you name it.We pan fried them that night.   Two issues here.   Favors in lieu of arrest                             eating possible drugged game    I can wait for answer dayor so   Have legal librarian Ft Worth courthouse to assist monday if I'm unable to obtain by then

I'm sorry, but I don't get the picture.

You want the written law on what game wardens can and can't do? Is that what you want?

I don't think there are any laws on drugged fish.
