Me and my husband may be getting a divorce, but right now we are stay with his parents, and the tell me that i would not get anything, we have been together for 7 years and 1 year married, we have two kids together, and they tell me if i live, they would take the kids, so he does not have to pay me anything, how can they take my kids when I'm a really good mother, and why can i not get spouse and child support? Please tell me that they can not take my kids because he does not want to pay. I have been a stay at home mom form the day i had my kids, I just don't know what to do. He can keep all the money, just tell me if i live he can'nt take my kids cause he has parents with money.
