Go HERE to read more on spousal support and HERE for your state laws (Missouri calls it "maintenance" rather than spousal support), and HERE for the actual state statutes that refer to this. You can get this by means of your divorce decree, have your attorney include that in your settlement agreement or if you are filing without an attorney, make sure you put it in there.
