can you recieve spouse support in Nevada or texas

My husband and I moved to Nevada about 6 or 7 months ago, 2 months ago he asked me to leave that he wanted a divorce so I moved back to Texas the first of Feb of his year, the other day he said he filed for divorce in Nevada. I needed to know since he left me with no income can he be order to pay spouse support?
