My Husband was paying child & spousal support for almost 8 years...when his son turned 18 & graduated the county stopped all garnishments, including the alimony. she found a way to get them to start garnishing his wages again after the last 6 months we were told that we were done. Can she do this? If so, for how long?(they were married for aprox. 19 years) Is there anything we can do to get her off our back? she took everything from him from his birth certificate, family Heirlooms, clothes, tools, down to his holy socks & underwear. Is there hope?
