I am a mother of two teenage children, and I have been a stay home mother for the past 17 years. My husband has decided that he doesn't want to be married anymore and I have no place to go and no job because of health issues it has made it impossible for me to get a job that I will be able to take care of my children. My question is will my husband have to pay alimony or spousal support, seeing how he is the one that has made me dependent on him all of these years. What can I do and what are my rights in this situation?
