My husband is in the US Navy and is E7. We have been married 11 3/4 years and have two small children. He has informed me he has fallen in love with a civilian contractor that he works with and wants a legal seperation. He said he understands he needs to pay child support but says not spousal support when we BOTH (mostly him) agreed that I would be a stay at home mom. What all am I entitled to with two small children - 3 yrs and 11 months. What about housing allowance and to move us from Ct to PA?
