What can be done about a young woman that has claimed

What can be done about a young woman that has claimed pregnancy for the past 6 months, then tells us she gave birth 2 days ago to a premature stillborn baby, and that she has cancer. We contacted the hospital to make funeral arrangements for my grandbaby, only to be told the woman was NEVER a patient and there is NO dead baby, never was a baby?
