My son and his friend were hanging out together.His friend asked to use his phone. He let him use it and someone stole it out of his friends hand. I called the mother to tell her what happened and asked her to please pay half of the phone and I would pay the other half.The phone cost $310.00. I asked her to pay $155.00. She told me she will think about it.She called me and told me no she will not be paying for it. I will like to take her to small claims court. I filed a Police Report. Please tell me what I can do.
