my husband has been working for a man and is now owed approximately 950.00 and can't get his money. Everytime we ask him about payment it's always "next Tuesday" or something of that sort. How do I get this money? The job is a remodeling job and there is no contract of payment upon completion or anything of that nature, he simply never has the pay check. He was sopposed to pay every Friday. This has been going on for 1 1/2 months now.
