HORSE CONFISCATION:i had a nervous breakdown and freaked out and eluded the police and although the state hospital said i was unaccoutable for my actions i was incarcerated. a friend said she would take my HORSE and for the use of he be able to use her keep her for me till i got out. i paid her anyway from the work center, then i got out.now for the past 1yr+ i have had her at her place (the corals are on blm land not leased to her) i paid all the feed bill for her horse as well as mine, plus all vacinations for the past yr. she did not vacinate my horse and she almost died of west nile two years ago(neglect) now she is saying i can't take her because she had her for 60 days and thats idaho law? i had a offer to be able to keep her from where she was boarded to breed her and that lady where she was legally boarded would trade me for the colt so i could get her back so i never would have let carol take her on any boarding agreement. it was more a use of the horse for board.i have her papers and original and recently sighed bill of sale all in my name.can she hold the horse as she has paddalocked the coral.

There is no such statute, that was the point of my first answer. I have searched the Idaho code and while there are numerous references to "horse", none exist which would allow ownership to pass simply because one voluntarily offered to care for an animal. Unless this other person is willing to lie and commit perjury, she has no right or claim to your animal. Again, there is no law.
