According to the code of Door County, your barn would need to be at least 100 feet from Navigable water with drainage of manure and waste away from the nearest water and at least 200 feet from any dwelling unit other than your own dwelling.

The code with these requirements can be found here:

Let me restate the question. A building not used for animals, must be how far from the property lines? The building would be used for cars or trucks or tractors for storage and minor repairs of same.

Ah I see. I assumed it was an animal related barn.

This type of barn would conform to the more standard setback rules for large structures.

The basic setback is 90 feet from centerline of the right-of-way or 57 feet from the edge of the right-of-way, whichever is greater, if you are on a State or Federal Road.

County roads are 75 feet from centerline or 42 feet from the edge.

Private roads serving 4 or more separate plots would be 30 feet from edge and private roads with under 4 separate plots have no setback.

Since this is a large structure you'll also need to add the additional required setback depending on the size of the barn according to the following chart:

Total Volume(cubic feet) Additional Setback Required (feet)
0 - 50,000 0 feet
50,001 - 60,000 25 feet
60,001 - 90,000 75 feet
90,001 - 120,000 125 feet
120,001 - 180,000 175 feet
180,001 - 250,000 225 feet
250,001 - 400,000 275 feet
400,001 - 600,000 325 feet
> 600,000 375 feet

These can be found in Chapter 3 of the code here:
