I have a neighbor who I recently placed a TRO on, she has slandered my name to potential clients (other neighbors of ours). She has harrassed me and my family from using the common yard that we all have the right to use as tenants. She constantly calls the landlord and the police on my family for no valid reason. In the past I have witnessed her physically attack a previous tenant of ours, along with her own daughter-in-law. One of the reasons why I had placed the TRO on her was to prevent her from doing the same to my family or self. When I have guest visting my home she has verbally made rude threatning remarks to them. Accused me of being a drug user and drug dealer. (which I am not). Simply a single mother of 5 children, who worked hard to attain my Real Estate Lic. so that I can move my family out of this area that we have resided for the last nine years now. This is a new neighbor who has lived next door to me for at least 2 years now. WHAT CAN I DO? I can't afford to move now
