I have a recored deed to the property I live in. The mortgage is in my brothers name. Can the mortgage company take my deed without due process?

Reply to Tammy's Post: I also filed a land patent with the Secretary of State and recorded it with quit claim deed. Before doing so I had the land patent verfied by the Philadelphia court of common pleas with their lable attached. I'm just trying to determine what my options are with the bank.
