I sent a letter to a tenant (45) forty five days before i told her to vacate because i was selling the house. She said needed more time, I gave her (30) more days.She has not moved out. When can i legally set her belongings on the street.

No,. You cannot lock the tenant out or remove their belongings without filing an unlawful detainer (eviction) action and acquiring a court order from the court awarding possession of the premises to you. Only in that way can you avoid liability for resorting to self help by locking out your tenant.
