the abandoned lot next doors tree is infringing

the abandoned lot next doors tree is infringing on my property (electrical/ cable lines clothesline. i called the owner/ realtor on the sign on the lot and was told to cut the part in my yard myself. This was cool the first couple of times but this routine is getting old and the tree is realy thorny. Can I have somebody remove the tree ? Or something?
