I have a Manager on my job that has lied on me to upper management, has given me an unacceptable evaluation ( but changed it to successful later), Has been seen by upper management performing unacceptable management skills, makes parcial decisions towards favorable employees, and makes mention that I have selective hearing to her supervisor. I am up for promotion and I feel either the district manager is there for her or for me. I recently called the companies human resource department with my complaint. How can I tell if these people are for me or against me and what should I be doing to preserve my financial committments. Remember, I work for a company that says it works for you( the employee).
