Question

Fradulent Credit Card Debt

This is an age old question. My Ex-husband has incurred credit card debt which I've become aware of via my credit report. Documentation exists per our signed agreements that I am not responsible for any of this debt. I have tried to work with the card providers, also sent documentation but the debt still appears and holding me hostage to financial ruin
