I am off work with stress. My employer keeps sending letters to go into work for meetings. Do I need to comply I was suspended for theft then exonerated the next day (because I wasn't in work on the day of the theft). I went back to work for two weeks but felt that I was being trapped. I have been off work now for nine weeks with a further sick note for four weeks.
