My boy friend asked me to move in with him and take care of him. I gave up my apartmentthat i had for 19 years. Now he wants me tomove out. What are my rights. I live in California

Hi! This is a tough one and as a Realtor I hear this from time to time. How long have you lived with him? How long have you known him and did you have a financial arrangements? Is your name on anything? Have the police every been called for a domestic? Is you boyfriend an invalid? I need any information that could help me give you some course of reason to stop him from throwing you out until you can find a place to go.
