I have a question in regards to an issue involving a fight at school like a year and half ago. My son got into a fight and the other kid ended up in the glass display case. My son is being charged 400.00 for the glass case,other kid nothing.
My ? is doesnt the school have to have like safty glass or plexa glass in these cases for this reason????
And is there a statue of limitations on this sort of stuff??
It was just now brought up after my son has graduated and is preparing for college in the fall.
The school wont release his transcripts for college...
Should the display case glass issue be pushed or just pay the 400.00 charge???
