A local heating appliance service company put a new boiler in my elderly mother's bedroom, it has now emerged through the company (who took over the old company, )that the boiler is unsuitable for the bedroom. They have put an 'unsafe' order on it. I would have thought that the new company would have to take on the previous company's responsibilites but no one is accepting this.My mother lives alone and is due out of hospital this week and has no heating and hot water. Help!
