i am the manager of a residential home for the elderly and my staff have asked me to change the shift pattern to make things easier for themselves travel wise etc it does not affest the care provided in the home.i have given all staff notice of this but have 1 staff member causing problems saying i am not allowed to do it.She works set days each week which i cant accomodate but i am prepared to compromise with her but she is not prepared to work with me.All staff hours remain the same thete is no loss of hours.
