i Started a course with an online college but after 4 months i found the course that i was doing i had done in 1989 i tried to cancel the course but was told that it was to late but on signing for the course i was told that i could cancel at any time but now i have been told that i am oblkigated to pay for the course as i was meant to cancel the course within seven days what recourse do i have if any
