my x who is the father of our 6yr old had a stroke I have been trying to help him I was never married to him he has a 26 yr daughter and we are not sure what to do my x (richard) had a sister whom she and her son took over richard after stroke they isolated Richard and then she died her son took over. Richard is worth 15 million has oldest daughter was never contacted when father went into hospital. Last yr richard kicked the nephew out in 07 because he stole over 1million from richard then richards friends took over richards care his nephew still in background with richards friends. Richard has 1 major company and a small steel co. one friend name jeff is now president of this corp. Richard has been sole owner of each business. the second friend is charge of his accounts. I on the other hand was in a child support case with Richard for 5 yrs. which he only pd 278.00 a month. in my court case

nothing the nephew tried to claim he own half business and settle with 550,000. due to my child support case that richard suppositly gave his sister half of his business. so i feel there is exploitation here and I am not sure how to go about it and richards oldest and i do not have the money to help do anything. 916 342 4158 thank you for any help.

Thanks for your question. my advice is to lawyer up here. You have a good case to colect some back supou would loose this if he dies here.You need to lawyer up here. You should do so while he is alive.

You have a claim for support here both arrearages and current. This may go away if he dies here. Your son may be an heir at law if he is in the will or if there is no will. Again your son may need a guardianship if he dies here. A lawyer would protect you here and see what if any financial interests that you have here. I wish you good luck.

Yes I think it is in your interest to do so and your child. He is looting the estate and your child support here. You need to act to protect here and because Richard would want you to I believe..
