Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy)

You will need to file a lawsuit to obtain a judgement against her which will then allow you to place a lien against her wages, and future income tax refunds she is entitled to, if she does not pay in full at time Order is issued. Depending on the amount of money involved, you could file in Small Claims which has a limite of $5,000. If more, you would need to file in the Justice Court. READ MORE HERE You would need to file in the county where she resides.

However, you should have written documentation that you tried to settle this matter out of court. If you have not already done so, I suggest you write a demand letter and send it via certified mail with return receipt requested to show the judge you tried to settle before bringing suit.

Best to you with this matter,
