Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),

Please explain a bit more for me. I do not understand where the cost of construction comes from in regard to the 3 foot and 5 foot requirement.

And what do they mean by 3 foot as apposed to 5 feet away....away from what?

Was the property part of the city limits in 1998?

Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),

Please confirm my understanding.

The energy company is stating that the cable does not meet code. That by code the cable is supposed to be 5 feet from the pool and not three feet. AND, the company has to move it, but they want to charge you for the constructin costs of digging and moving the cable.
