If my neighbor put up a fence . And i then had my property ...

If my neighbor put up a fence . And i then had my property surveyed and found out that His fence is 2 inches on my property . Do I have a legal right to remove the fence from my property ?

Hi.

You will need to petition the courts for removal of the fence. You can go to the local Clerk Of Courts office and file for a hearing on the matter of removal of the fence.

I would not advise you to remove the fence as they could hold you liable for any damages made to the fence when it was removed.
