Georgia code has nothing specifically criminalizing the publication of a person's bank statement without consent. There are federal and state laws under the
Financial Privacy Laws which prohibit a financial institution/lender to disclose publish or disclose financial information without the owner's consent, but this does not regulate the actions of a private person.
The owner of the bank statement does have the right to file a tort/civil cause of action under an invasion of privacy; and request damages resulting from the publication. It is possible that your local county may specifically criminalize this, so you should contact your local District Attorney to verify this information.
