Ok that was my question that Mike for P-Legal answered, m next question is that we got a letter from paragon on august, 6, 2006 saying that our property damage claim has been settled and the file is now closed. We have a copy of the recept that says the file is closed, then we got a letter asking for 2500 dollars, we ignored that letter and then recieved a 2nd notice from paragon reinding us about the 2500 they want, weird thing is the file number on the first notice and the file number on the second notice do not match, but the file number on the 2nd notice matches the file number on the recept that says the file is closed, also we have changed insurance companies should we contact the old insurance company or should we contact the new company we are with.
