in Minnesota I was told there isalaw that states you can"t say the words insurance or seat belt in a personal ingury case is this true and were would I get a copy of those law?

Also is thera a conflict of interest when two people are involed in a accident and both are insure by the same insurance company and the insurance company defends the one who caused the accident and misrepresent the other insured and lies to the jury?
