Question

Insurance company refuses to pay our claim

My daughter was in an accident. Initially, she was charged at fault. After the court appearance charges were dropped against her and the other driver was charged at fault. The other drivers insurance refuses to accept liability even though its client has been seen as liable for the accident.

I have talked to the insurance company and was told they refuse to accept liability for the accident even though their driver was found to be at fault.

Is the claim for property damage? How much? What charges were dropped against your daughter? How/why were they dropped? What charge was made against the other driver? Did the other driver plead guilty?
