My daughters grandmother passed away two years ago. Her estate is to be divided between two surviving daughters and my daughter. The estate is a home the grandmother lived in. One sister gave her share of the house to the other sister. My daughter has not received her part of the estate. What process do we need to follow to get what is rightfully my daughters?
