My son was arrested. Three years ago, I went through a four year mental illness battle. I attempted suicide several times and used to cut. After my sons arrest, a deputy who was on several of my calls went to my sons job where he worked as on off duty security and told his boss and several employees my medical history and about my sons arrest. I have been stopped already by several people at work asking if I was the "crazy lady" from Hwy 26. I am completely humiliated and feel a need to leave my home county for good. I have started my life over and this deputy used knowledge he had from calls at my house and ruined my reputation. I work in security myself and my job is also in jeporady. Do I have a case?
