I believe that SSA is committing several actionable tactics which violate claiments' rights, such as, concealing documents from claiment within the SSA file, privacy (HIPPA and Ev. Code 912, 994, 1014, 1035.8), compeling blank medical record authorization releases be signed in advance, violation of privacy about issues irrelevant to the disability, violating due process, fraudulent tactics on dating documents, perusal of psych, drug, sexual assault victim records, violation of SSA Regulation 404.1512 (new code number unknown), etc. To which agency does one go with this information? Attorneys have told me there is a personal case here, but I want to know where I go to try to make this stop. <A. G.>
