Severity is how severe the crime was, another words if the armed robber used a gun and hit someone with it it is a lot more severe than if someone pointed a gun and used as a threat. So what I was saying is the normal sentence is 4 to 10 yrs (this could happen) or if more sever then the judge could tack on more time possibly.
