Are twins allowed to be adopted out seperately ?? I am putting my twins up for adoption when they are born in about 3 months and i want them adopted out seperately for various reasons can this be done?? I live In pennsylvania and the couple who i want to adopt one of the twins lives in Kentucky and she told me she doesnt think it''s possible ( although she only wants to adopt one ) . Can you please help us?
