I got a subpoena to appear in court in PA as a wittness for the commonwealth but the subpoena has my name spelled wrong and the District Judges commission states it expires on the first Monday of January, 2006. This is Sept. 21, 2007. Is this a legal subpoena? Since everything about this subpoena seems wrong do I have to appear? The procedure is a preliminary hearing for the person that stole my car.
