I annulled a marraige in oregon after the "husband" stole my entire life savings-then the attorney i''d hired ripped me off-and my "ex''s" attny ended writing up the annullment. None of it was fair but I was so beat down and afraid of this guy who stalked his previous girlfriend and me, that I just signed it so I could move back home to CO. I have, however, a promissory note he signed to me for $11,500 and it is notarized. My attny would assist me w/no help and refused to release my case file to me so I could pursue legal action,stating that his paralegal had been embezzling money fom him.Both of them were charging me, every time I attempted to find out the status of the case. They were to serve him in June/They never served him until September.At first, they tried to "blame" the server. Then, I realized it was a ploy to squeeze more money out of me.
