I am   paralegal student I am having some ocnfusion problems. I have to write papers on complaints of certain cases and I want to know ehre do I find a good example of what a legal memorandum is? I have submitting papers to my professor in the past and he has said not enough information. I feel we have a lack of communication. I have not been able to get across to the professor clarify what you exactly want. He is so vague in responsding. So I go around the internet confused on where to look.
