I need to know what state you live in and what state does the girl live in ? shes 17 and your 30 correct? you met on myspace where it says she is 18 correct?

yes. i met her on myspace. i told her that i wasnt going to try anything with her till she turned 18. we both live in ohio

i mean..is it a possibilty that i could be getting set up by the police...just for talking to her?

I need a little bit more information from you, in the conversations with her did she tell you the real age or did she pretend to be 18 for some time?

did she and you ever speak of any sexual act or lewd acts?

Have you in any conversation told her not to tell her parents your true age or anything of that nature?

yes..she did tell me her real age. yes we did discuss sexual acts. yes...i told her i was uncomfortable if her parents knew i was 30. but, like i said before....i told her i wouldnt do anything with her until she was 18
